Product Description:
Screw Conveyor is an effective conveying equipment which adopt the motor to drive the screw blade to rotate and push the material to realize the purpose of conveying. It can be used for horizontal, inclined or vertical transportation. With the advantages of simple engineering structure, it is widely used in the industries of food, medicine, chemical, plastics, building materials and so on. As per different design, there are Tube type and U type screw conveyor with shaft or shaftless mode, and as per different application, it can be made in stainless steel or carbon steel.

Suitable for agricultural machinery, material handling devices, harvesters, grain machines, screw conveyors and screw feeders.

Features:
U-shaped screw conveyor is a kind of screw conveyor, which is suitable for small-scale operation, stable transmission, and can play a good role in the limited conditions of the transmission site. The sealing performance is good, and it has great advantages for occasions where the dust is large and where there are requirements for the environment, which can prevent the generation of dust in the conveying process. However, the U-shaped screw conveyor is not suitable for long-distance transportation. The manufacturing cost is larger than that of the belt conveyor, and it is easy for the fragile materials to be destructed.
